Terms of service

If you choose to commission me, then you are agreeing to these terms of service in its entirety.

  • I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.

  • Details may be simplified to fit onto the emote or chibi drawing. For emotes, you may request words on the emote (such as “Lurk,” “Hype,” etc.), but any words longer than four-letters may be too small to read.

  • I cannot draw any style other than my own. Please don’t ask me to copy or replicate another artist’s style.

  • Payment through Paypal only, once the rough sketch is approved. If you (the client) chooses to not approve the rough sketch and would no longer wish to commission me (the artist) then no payment will be required. However, I retain the right to finish the drawing and resell it, unless the character belongs to you (e.g., original character). If the rough sketch is approved, the complete payment must be sent at this time before the lineart can begin. At this point, no refunds will be offered.

  • Major revisions of lineart may incur an extra cost. (Examples of major revisions: changing the pose or changing the outfit.) What constitutes as a “major revision” is left to my (the artist’s) discretion; however I will let you know if something counts as a major revision.

  • Please e-mail references and descriptions for all drawings or emotes to karadraws.jpg[at]gmail[dot]com and I will let you know if your emotes/artwork are something that I feel able to complete!

  • Work is on a first come, first serve basis. I try to complete at least one emote or chibi per week, but please know if that there are already commissions in the queue ahead of you, I may not be able to start on your emote right away. Please note that if multiple sketch or lineart revisions are required, it may take longer to complete the emote. Detailed chibi profile pictures may take longer to complete due to complexity.

  • I prefer to communicate through through e-mail only. My e-mail is [email protected]. If you are uncomfortable sharing your e-mail, I am willing to converse over Discord private messaging.

  • I retain the copyright to my art and have the right to post your commission on my portfolio. You are granted usage rights to use the emotes/artwork on Twitch, Discord, etc., stream overlays, banners, wallpapers, profile pictures, or in graphics. Please do not alter or recolor anything I’ve designed or claim the drawing as your own work.

  • Artwork is for personal use only. You may not use my art to create for-profit merchandise unless otherwise stated.

FOR EMOTESTo quality for the emote packages ("3 for $40" or "6 for $75"), you must be ready to commission ALL of your emotes at the same time. For example, you may not ask me to draw one emote and then wait weeks in-between asking me to draw the second one. If you would only like one emote at a time, then please purchase the "1 Emote for $15." Thank you!Get in touch!

commission process

1. Read and agree to my Terms of Service.
2. Fill out the order form and e-mail it to me! Don't forget to include reference photos!
3. I will let you know if I am able to fulfill your commission! If I choose to accept your commission, I will send you a sketch.
4. At this stage, please let me know if there is anything you would like me to change or edit. If you would like me to change something, I will revise the sketch and send it back to you until you are satisfied! Upon approval of the sketch, I will ask for payment through PayPal.
5. Once I receive the payment, I will send you the lineart. (Please note as stated in my Terms of Service, significant revisions of the lineart may incur an extra cost). Upon approval of the lineart, I will begin the color.
6. Once you approve the colored version, I will send you the final file.
